Please find the following fees and tuition for Del Mar Academy for the 2009 / 2010 school year.
Please be advised that fees and tuition are re-evaluated on a yearly basis; therefore, it may be necessary (at the beginning of a new school year) to increase tuition and fees due to the increased cost of living and operational expenses, and in order to maintain a high caliber program.
FEES
Application Fee: The first step in the application process requires a one-time, non-refundable Application fee of $100.00. This fee includes administrative expenses. This fee should be handed in with your child’s Application.
Re-enrollment Fee: The re-enrollment fee is for returning students. The fee will be collected during the year to ensure a spot into the following year’s class.
Matriculation Fee: This non-refundable, yearly fee of US$650.00 ($475.00 for the Toddler class) ensures Del Mar Academy’s continual commitment to excellence. These fees are used for maintenance, replacement and expansion of available educational materials, as well as specialty programs that enhance the total development of the child. It also goes toward the many purpose-made, individualized books that your child will use during the school year, all school supplies (pencils, paper, markers, Duo-Tangs, etc.) and Spanish / English writing books.
Late Fees: Please be advised that failure to pay tuition on time may result in your child not being enrolled the following term. Triannual tuition payments are due on the 1st of August, December and March. There will be a $100 administrative late fee for tuition payments made after the due date. A two week grace period will be allowed for late tuition payments. After that, the student will no longer be enrolled at DMA, in which case he/she will be placed on a wait list and, space permitting, allowed to re-enroll the following term. A re-enrollment fee of $150 will also be assessed.
